Shoppers Drug Mart

Olympic Construction was contracted to facilitate the new construction of a two-story retail development in St. John’s, NL. This contract included the demolition and removal of an existing wood/steel structure that originally housed a Shoppers Drug Mart and Medical Clinic. Temporary facilities were constructed on-site, to house a small retail store, pharmacy, and medical clinic, in an effort to retain the clients business for the surrounding areas.

The main floor was fit-up to be a brand standard Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmacy, while the second floor was fit-up to be a medical clinic, and warehouse/office space for Shoppers Drug Mart.
